We bought a house that had a Casella Dumpster on it. My partner called to see what their rates were and they sent him a contract to review, which we did not sign. After reviewing the contract we found tons of hidden fees and a 3 year contract. We went with BP whom is less expensive and has better service. I called Casella to pick up there dumpster but they refused because my name was not on the account. When my partner was finally able to get ahold of them they charged us for a month service and 100 to get their dumpster off our property. Super trashy company.

Worst service provider i have ever used to collect my trash / Recycle i signed up with this company Casella about a month ago, they are a joke. they said they collect recycle every other week on Friday in my area-Rutland MA, i had just moved into a new house so i had a lot of staff to throw away, the very first Friday for trash pick up, they did not take my trash or recycle, i called to ask why they said a driver was on his way to pick my trash up. no one has picked up my recycle /trash for almost 4 weeks now, Me and my Finance have called the casella office over 7 times, they keep lying to us that they are sending in a driver but no one shows up.one day the Casella bins got too full i came back from work and found trash all over my yard, they asked us to get extra trash bins for the extra trash, we had to incur a purchase cost for those extra 2 trash bins. We are stuck with recycle trash of almost a month's period and have run out of bins to put more staff. i asked one of the customer care reps to get me their manager, and they said she was not available to speak to me at that moment, no response from this wack team till now. Casella, you should be ashamed of your selves and the team at the Auburn, MA office y'all liars, i am going to ask for my money back to look around for another company that actually does their job
I give them some money, they take my trash. 10/10 would recommend
Christine was outstanding to work with to resolve my issue. When I came home last Friday (trash day), my blue tote was missing. I called Casella and was fortunate enough to have Christine answer my call. Evidently, my tote was broken, and fell into the truck. She was quick to find the account and the details of what happened and why my tote was AWOL. A new tote was ordered and was being delivered today. She was as delightful as she was professional. Five Star service...!!!!
