Incompetence sums it up. Rescheduled my delivery 3 times. I ordered a spa from Costco and had to reschedule the electrician (3 times!!). First there wasn't room on the truck, accidentally over committed, didn't feel like driving to Spokane, and the dog ate their delivery schedule. Can't wait to hear what excuse 5 is when I get another reschedule call next week. Costco should NOT partner with them...be better, Costco!!!

terrible place if your truck is not small don't try
5 out of 6 pieces of the sectional I ordered from Costco were on the delivery truck, but they said they knew where the last one was and would get it to me in a few days. This was 2 weeks ago! Now, nobody calls back when I leave voicemails, some lines never get answered, and none of the emails have been replied to. Shoddy at best. If you can choose a carrier, I'd say try ANYBODY ELSE, because CEVA doesn't keep to their word.
Incompetence at this location. I literally spent two days and communicated clear instructions with multiple managers and still had to tell the employee at the very end how to do his job. Can someone please manage this place correctly? Thanks.
