Can’t compliment this facility enough! We went for our daughters flu shot during their Saturday clinic and I was SO impressed with how efficient, safe and quick the process was. We always have a great experience in Shrewsbury and it was nice to see some familiar faces in Auburn. Great job team for keeping us safe and getting everyone through quickly!

The staff is always friendly, I love their hours. We’ve had doctor Gonroff for 6 years now and we couldn’t be happier. They just hired a physiologist we just met her today and she was great! Two autistic children and they staff always shows kindness, understanding and extreme patience. We’ve dealt with a lot of staff in the auburn office and the only doctor we ever had a problem with us Dr. Ryan but I heard she’s a hit or miss for some people.

Ever since Dr. Detora retired the place changed. We travel 45 mins away from home for this place because we trusted it. We were 10 mins late after getting stuck in traffic and Dr. Kane said we needed to reschedule our appointment. Theres no patience now and last time we got a flu shot the nurse cut my daughter's arm with the needle. I will be changing doctors after this experience.

Since Dr. Bream sold the practice, it has become a corporate medical factory. What once was a welcoming, friendly community health group has become a cold, bottom line driven organization. The new ownership unfortunately does not hold the same values, ethics, and safe practices that once gave this institution its credibility. Not only have I been denied medical services, but I have also been given the wrong vaccines from the nurses. Rather than an apology or admittance of wrongdoing, I was forced to pay for additional out of pocket services in order to correct the mistakes made by child health staff. On top of that, I have experienced astronomical wait times for well visits that grossly failed to uphold the standards of the prior ownership. Once revered veteran physicians seem to be phoning in their attention to patient needs as they count down the days to their retirement. Given the current standards of practice and previous medical negligence, I would not recommend child health to anyone.
