I just picked up my wedding dress from Elizabeth Ann’s this afternoon. Jackie has been a pleasure to work with-super responsive and helpful. They have a wonderful selection, and helped my find the wedding dress of my dreams. I had originally gone to the Off the Rack store first which is also amazing. My only suggestion would be to allow the bride to take a photo of the dress they are thinking of buying (in the Worcester location). I found one I loved there, but wasn’t ready to pull the trigger since it was final sale. I wanted to take a photo, think overnight on it, but wasn’t able to do that. Luckily, Jackie did pull the dress for me, and I was able to go back a few days later to try it on again. Either way, I found the most amazing dress!

Cutest shop! I just picked up my dress today! I worked with Jaclyn to find the one - she was great, friendly, listened to what I liked/didn’t like and then adjusted. She offered great suggestions but wasn’t pushy at all! Since then, Kelly has kept me informed on timeline and helped me find a place for alterations. Great experience overall!

I ended up getting my wedding dress at one of the big dress stores and I absolutely regret it. I wish I knew about Elizabeth Ann's before I bought my dress because you can't beat the customer service at small, locally owned businesses! Even though I didn't get my dress at Elizabeth Ann's, they were more than happy to help me find my bridesmaid's dresses-- even during the lockdown. They bent over backwards and sent me photos/videos/sample swatches when we couldn't physically be in the store so that I could get my order in time for my wedding. My girls' dresses came in exactly when they predicted and fit them perfectly-- only needed hems! Like I said, my big dress store was atrocious when it came to any sort of customer service and I wish I bought my dress at Elizabeth Ann's.

We worked with Kelly from start to finish and she was fantastic. She stayed in my price range and knew exactly what I wanted in a dress and took mental notes of how to get me MY dress, no matter how many times I changed my mind. We ended up having to move our wedding with Covid-19 and they offered to hold our dress until we were comfortable. When we came in to pick up the dress, I felt safe and comfortable being there to try it on, Kelly gave us all hand sanitizer and even went to the other side of the store to allow me to take my mask off for pictures. In addition Kelly was able to order me the perfect size dress and gave a list of seamstresses and gave us advice on setting up those appointments. I highly recommend her and this Bridal Shop.
