They installed a faulty regulator. I was sick with carbon monoxide poisoning. They won't answer the phone to help me. They used to be a good company. Update 3 days later: Well, Ferrell Gas has made my day! They called me back and took great care in making this right. Wonderful! To know people care about each other is such a blessing. Thank you Ferrell Gas.

Simply HORRIBLE. After requesting a refill, the serviceman determined there was a leak in THEIR equipment that we are renting. We received no callback for over a day with a status and called their office for an update. They told us it would be 10 DAYS before we would have someone out to repair THEIR equipment. This left us with no stove, oven, heated water during the WINTER for 10 DAYS. I was connected to their scheduling agent to see if we could do anything, but the agent did not answer. We left a message and have had NO CALL BACK for 2 days. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. NO ONE should be forced to deal with this ESPECIALLY DURING THE WINTER. They have demonstrated NO interest in supporting their customer. They have shown NO interest in the concerns we’ve expressed repeatedly.
I leased a 120gal tank and thought their pricing and customer service was excellent. Haven't had any refills though. I'm a bit surprised by low ratings as I have had great experience so far.
I was a customer for 2 years and was on their automatic refill program. There were a couple of times I had to call in for clarification on things but they were always friendly and fixed these few issues. I am surprised by the other low reviews on here as the few issues I had were fixed quickly and without any trouble. I thought their prices were reasonable and all of the employees I dealt with were pleasant.
