Dr. Buatti and his staff are great. I have been going to Dr.Buatti for years now for my cosmetic needs recently I had been worried about a suspicious spot on my skin. I was nervous to make the appointment but I feel so much better that I did. Dr. Buatti put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I still have some treatment to go but I have complete confidence and trust in him.

Seems like all these good reviews are paid reviews. Let me share my experience- As soon as I entered the clinic, I was able to feel that I actually made a bad guess coming to this clinic just by seeing google reviews. I saw lots of branding posters advertising various cosmetics products which gave me a feeling this clinic is in the business and not interested in curing the problem that the patient visited for. My gut feelings was actually right, even I told them I have meijer as my preferred pharmacy, Doctor told me “Medcenter will call you and sent the prescription right to your doorstep”. I mean why Medcenter?? I told you I have Meijer pharmacy but no, doctor sent the prescription to Medcenter Pharmacy. It seems like this pharmacy is either owns by this doctor or have major shares in it or the pharmacy is paying the doctor for each prescription sent on their way. There seem to be a big scandal that people are not aware of. If you are a patient to this clinic and reading my reviews, please provide me your feedback. If you are a new patient and planning on visiting this clinic, I would say “Avoid this place” but if the other good reviews are attracting you to visit this place, make sure you tell them “you are not going to MedCenter Pharmacy”. May be that way your prescription will end up with only medicines that you need rather then with all branded cosmetics. STAY AWAY.

I just got home from my appointment and was so pleased, I wanted to write a review while it's fresh in my mind. :-) I saw Sarah (licensed medical aesthetician) for my first time, and she was wonderful! I've been going here for a couple years and have had a few different treatments done. But Sarah is fairly new to the practice, and I'd not met her yet. Today I got dermaplane hydrafacial with her, and I immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. I always have a million questions, and she is SO kind. Sarah explained the science behind everything she was doing. I also asked her proactively to recommend some other treatments and/or face products to help with my rosacea, and she gave me honest opinions without being \salesy.\ She also helped me determine the correct order and how often to apply which items during my daily/weekly skin care regimen. SUPER HELPFUL! We also had a bit of girl talk, which is always a fun bonus. I really couldn't be happier with this visit. I'll make an appointment for BBL next. Thank you, Sarah!
