When we made the decision they made the process very smooth. Thomas was great with the financing piece and walked us through all the documents. The service advisors at Hinshaws Honda are well educated and experienced. I have gotten to know some of the mechanics as well and many people don’t realize how important it is to trust the mechanics working on your car. They have a very clean advanced service shop and I trust my car in their hands. The dealership itself and the waiting room is very clean and classy. I have fresh coffee water and snacks and refer to their clients as guests. The free hand wash and vacuum as an added bonus.

His customer service and knowledge of cars is amazing. Charles helped our daughter get into her first vehicle. He did a great job. We were in and out in no time.
