VERY BAD customer service. I ordered an expensive item (for a birthday present) from the R. Expo (USA) Inc. website but never got an order confirmation. A week after placing the order I inquired by email - no response, no order confirmation. Two weeks after placing the order, the birthday having passed, and still no response or order confirmation, I emailed again asking to cancel the order. No response. About three or four days later, my PayPal was charged and about a week later the item arrived in the mail. Never got any response to any of my emails, order or shipping confirmation. I will not do business here again I warn others to be wary too.
