After using internet for around 2 hours I lose all connection, I’m so disappointed in the performance of spectrum that I wish I could cancel. The only reason I can’t is due to the fact that spectrum is the only internet provider available for my address. -3.5/10 they are horrible for constant connection. Hopefully I can move soon to an address that offers a more stable connection!

Internet is not reliable, frequent out of service around midnight. High price from monopoly. Phone customer service is poor. Would not use Charter if I have other choices in this area.
The in-store service is pretty slow. The people are nice but the company will raise you're prices after a year. I finally qualify for WOW they are charging me the same price for twice the speed.
Had the opportunity to visit the new Spectrum location in Opelika at the Tiger Town Shopping Center. Spacious and wide open. Oh, and the staff was friendly and informative.
Had my modem and router stolen out of my apartment, I'll probably be charged for it. Had to exchange router 3-times. Dear fudge!
