Fantastic experience using Sub Zero Repair Auburn to repair our leaking SZ fridge. From the pleasant and polite initial phone chat to quick repair visit the next business day, everything went very smoothly. The tech was fantastic, followed good safety protocols, called ahead, was on the early end of the visit window and quickly diagnosed the issue. We needed to order a new part, which only took one day and he was back to finish the job the following day and the fridge is back in business. The cost was very reasonable, as well. This was my best experience with an appliance repair service (precious have been very hit-or-miss) and you've earned a loyal customer!

Look no further if you need an honest and quick repair. Andre was at my house 45min after I called him. I know my way around appliances but was to busy to repair it as I was preparing for my party. I knew it wasn't a condenser problem which is a pay day for repair companies. Vladimir tested the condenser and immediately said you are ok, this won't be an expensive repair. I highly recommend picking this company.
