I have been trying to find a good place to take my water testing for my daycare and I have had issues at every place not being open or rude. I found this place on line and gave them a call the office lady was extremely nice and I headed over there . This place is easy to find very clean and professional. Both ladies in the office were very friendly and kind, and also very patient. I hadn't had my coffee today I had forgotten a lot of stuff but they really worked with me and they help me with my forms which was very helpful since I've struggled with that in the past. I will continue to use this place for my water testing needs as well as any other service they provide. If you're looking for somewhere that still has compassion, professionalism, and a job well done, These guys are the one. Highly recommend
These guys were great they went out of their way to ensure we got the best water source . I appreciate all the extra effort they put in for us plus they made sure we understood the pros & cons vs cost. Experienced & quality of work i would definitely recommend

Valley Pump installed a Pentair Intellidrive for our well system. In their response below, they say that there were no animals in our controller that \we replaced that someone else installed\ This is untrue. We have only used Valley Pump. They installed both our drivers and sent us a picture of the snake in the driver they installed in July. They are trying to blame another company for installation however they installed both drivers. They knew it had problems but did not tell us about these before installing. 8 weeks after they installed it, it broke because a snake got into the drive. They charged us an additional 2000 for a new drive. They then told us the manufacturer had had numerous complaints about this drive. They said it needed to be placed higher off the ground and that Pentair had also created a guard to keep animals from getting inside. At no time did they offer to install the guard or to change the height of the drive. They also did not offer any kind of compensation and told us the situation was not covered under warranty. They suggested we call Pentair ourselves, which we did and got nowhere. They were rude and dismissive. What is to keep this drive from having the same thing happen? Valley Pump has been unresponsive to this issue.
