Rob and Mike made the whole experience painless! I've been looking for an RS7 for a while, and they had gotten the car listed without the pictures uploaded yet when I reached out to them. Rob informed me of the status of the car, and despite my uncertainty about the vehicle, he had me informed to the T of the RS7s conditions and made sure to communicate as much as possible with the best level of transparency. He also expressed his utmost confidence in the capability and reliability of the Audi service department when the car was getting it's detailing done. Mike was quick to address the financing situation by confirming the details of the financing and even mailing out the paperwork to me while I was in Vegas via overnight shipping. All I had to do was drive up to Glenwood to pick up the car and finalize the finances. Many thanks to the Rob, Mike, and the service department especially for hyping up the awesomeness of the RS7! I'll be sure to reach out to y'all again when I'm ready to go for my next Audi!

If you're buying an Audi from Glenwood Springs, insist that Rob Stokvis helps you. I am an Audi partner based out of Arizona and had been looking for an older model TT. As soon as I saw a new arrival on their website, I immediately called and spoke to Rob, who I then bombarded with requests of pictures of the car-- he was happy to send me any picture I asked for. The car had not been detailed and was not quite ready as it was a new arrival yet he offered all the information that I requested. Rob had my car tested, reconditioned, detailed to perfection very quickly. He put my older TT in his showroom to keep safe next to the new, high end, big ticket Audi's. He worked so hard with the tedious credit union out of Arizona that I generally bank with for days all while keeping me updated on my car. Instead, I decided to send a check. The instant he recieved it he had my car on a truck ready to be transported to me. My vehicle arrived within 12 hours, in pristine condition and looked better than in pictures. I had never purchased a car without driving it first so I asked Rob to take it for a drive and tell me his opinion. He was very honest, he said the drive was smooth and fun. The drive is actually amazing, the car is powerful, and I absolutely love it. I can not recommend Rob Stokvis enough, he's honest, he will take care of you, he knows the Audi brand inside out. I am extremely happy with my purchase from him.

Cannot say enough good about Audi Glenwood Springs. We have bought many cars over the years and now our daughter and her husband are buying cars there, so multi generational satisfaction!
