This has been the best car buying experienced I had. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE, are very helpful and accommodating. And it's my first Audi! Evelin my internet sales person is awesome! The manager is their to help me with the best experience in car buying, how awesome is that! To Adolfo who help me navigate the settings, specially the launch control what a rush! Joann and everyone at Audi Las Vegas went above and beyond my expectations. The entire experience was painless, efficient and enjoyable. Joann regularly checks in with me to see how I like my car (I love it), to make sure everything is working correctly and gets back to me quickly if I have any questions. She picked me up at the airport, was with me every step of the way and stayed late until everything was done and I left. She was professional and attentive and catered to all of my needs. Daren, Travis and Rodolfo were very helpful and patient as well. I never felt pressured, rushed, it was flawless! I will definitely travel to this dealership again.
