I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had purchasing a CPO Certified Audi from Audi of Lexington. Matthew Blank, the Sales Representative I worked with was clear in his communications and worked very hard to make certain I had all of the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase. What's more is that if he did not have the answer, he was quick to involve someone at the dealership who had the correct answer. As a result, I had opportunity to speak with individuals from sales, finance, management, and service. Everyone approached me as a customer with respect to the questions I had and made certain that I had verifiable information from the person who was best informed on that topic. In the end, I feel like I was able to present a reasonable offer based on an informed opinion of the value of the car. At no point did I feel like I was in an adversarial relationship, even though we were negotiating the sale of the car. For anyone interested in the purchase of an Audi, I would recommend Audi of Lexington and Matthew Blank as a great place to start your search.

Eventually, deciding to purchase the SQ7, David was able to locate exactly the SUV I wanted and had it transferred in 3 days. I love my new SQ7 and have lots to learn.
