I purchase used q7 just few days ago and have to say i was very impressed with Jake Dickson, he went beyond and above to get my business. Four stars going only to their used car appraisal Team since they tend to really undervalue your trade. Overall sales and financing Team is really friendly and knowledgeable, real pleasure working with them, but some improvements needed in some other departments, especially by understanding that business is done both ways.

I had a great experience working with Dain Carlson on the purchase of an Audi 2020 SQ7 on Aug 21. I'd already driven a similar car in Orlando but couldn't find what I wanted locally. Checking Audi Sarasota's website I noticed they had one on the way in with the options and color combo I was looking for. I worked out details with Dain over the phone and he kept me up to date as the car was being delivered to the dealership and prepped for sale. Drove my current car over to trade-in and pick up the new Audi. Honestly, the process could not have gone smoother. Dain was super responsive even on his day off. Audi Sarasota had the car and the deal I was looking for. It was worth the drive from Orlando to buy this car. The Audi/Costco promotion was also important to me and they are a participating dealer. I highly recommend Audi Sarasota and Dain Carlson.

What a pleasant buying experience! I met George when my old Audi was in for routine maintenance...you know that urge to test drive a new car while waiting around the dealership?
