This place has really gone downhill fast. Used to be great, now the service is so so at best. Exposed wires, sound going in and out, etc. And you'll be lucky if you can even get them to see your car. They are always \busy\. Better options in the area nearby.

Got my remote start and drone and some other work done here. The people there were very helpful and the price was reasonable. Will definitely come back for more custom work.

I thought this place was decent based on reviews, but it turned out to be an utter disappointment. Very hard to schedule appointments. Got a deck installed here, and after a few weeks, a wire dropped down from the dash and hangs by my feet making it hard to drive my car. In addition, I noticed the wire going from my amp to my subwoofer starting to melt next to the terminal on the sub box. It actually melted once, I tried to call Audio Clinic to fix it. They wouldn't. I did a temporary fix, then it melted again and ruined the terminal on the sub box. I had the sub installed by a different shop in January, but when I got Audio Clinic to install the new deck with the RCAs wiring directly to the sub, the melting issue started. I tried to set up several appointments with them, and they are just being wishy washy. When I called them to ask if they could look at it, they took it as if I was blaming them. The guy on the phone questioned me saying, \WHAT DID YOU DO TO IT? WHY WERE YOU MESSING WITH THE SETTINGS\?! Just assuming that I messed up my own system when nobody was pointing fingers makes it look like you guys are the reason why my wires are melting. All good though. Took it to another shop. Never coming back here, and don't recommend. No thanks.
