I called and got a hold of the owner Paul - he came over and we started down the path of getting the system transferred to my info. They have since been over at least 10 times adding more functionality to make the system even better! He and his entire team of retail staff and installers are all consummate professionals and extremely knowledgeable about all high-end AV equipment.
