When I relocated to the Hagerstown area, I had my records transferred to this office from my previous audiologist, and I couldn't be happier. Since I already had fairly new hearing devices, my experience with Dr. Karen Hamilton has been in maintaining my devices and monitoring changes in my hearing. Just recently, I moved my parents to Chambersburg and took my mother to see Dr. Karen, as well. Since my mother's hearing aid was not a model that she typically supports, she obtained the necessary software from the manufacturer so that she could adjust my mother's device. My mother has dementia, which makes it more challenging to interpret and treat her. However, Dr. Karen's patience and caring nature has enabled her to successfully treat my mother, whereas mom's previous audiologist could not. My mother is by no means an easy patient to work with, but she loves Dr. Karen and is so grateful for her assistance. I highly recommend Dr. Karen Hamilton and Audiology Services.
