Experience was below par but the person working there had an attitude. She would get defensive about questions that were reasonable. There are so many other tag places around this area. I would take my business elsewhere
I have bought and sold numerous vehicles (prob over 20) and used this location for all of my title work. They have always been fast, knowledgeable, and polite. Many of these vehicles were older and out of state which adds to the complexity of the process. Most recently Linda helped with a 72 pickup that had a SC title from 1984. Transaction went smooth as butter! My biggest advise to customers is to know what supporting documentation and information you need for your particular transaction. If you don’t know, call this store before you make the deal.
Linda was very helpful, pleasant and professional. She completed all of my transactions quickly even with a very busy office full of interruptions. THanks Linda!
Would give 0 stars. My wife called to ask a very simple question to clarify something she did not understand. The woman laughed at her question and made her feel bad.
