Whenever I call Viking, they are professional, responsive and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I have been working with them for 3 years now and have had them provide an array of services from termite, bed bug, rodent inspections as well as COVID sterilization. Today, when I called, was no exception. Michael M was professional and took the time to find the answer via research and time. He promptly called me back an hour later, upon request ,and booked me for immediate service. He was super polite and helpful. I am always happy to do business with Viking and would recommend them to others. I have 3 properties and use them across the board.
Used Viking for a wood destroying insect report. Wish I hadn't. Took a week to get a simple form filled out and multiple phone call reminders to their office to do so. Finally received the form and it was so illegible, the buyer's mortgage company rejected the form. A 3 year old can write more legibly. The whole experience has just been sloppy to say the least. Use Guardian instead. You won't regret it.
