The doctors and nurses in the NICU do not know how to verbalize realistic expectations on discharge for your child. If you try to communicate directly to find out they will give you a runaround or only bits and Pieces of what your child needs to do before discharge. They will also right out lie to you and tell you multiple times it will be certain days you can finally bring your child home. They give you false hope and do not care about the emotional toll they are adding to already distressed and stressed out family’s. I do not Recommend ever trusting the care of your child to this hospital unless you just have absolutely no other option!

PROFESSIONAL STAFF and Dr ,First time visiting a healthcare center and doctor in 2 years. Was pleasantly surprised by the great service and excellent staff. Was greeted warmly but Felicia the receptionist on arrival and she was very helpful with the paperwork.
