I called because the latch was stuck in the door. They were very professional and on time. The service was quick but he took his time to make sure there was no damage to my door which was very much appreciated. I would recommend them over and over!

I can't say enough good things about John at Mr. Picka-Lock. He was rated as 5 stars and I can see why. I called early in the morning for a situation where we had some animals locked in a house without any food and he was right on top of it. When he arrived, he was able to handle a heavy chain on a fence and two very old deadbolt locks, replacing them with very nice replacement knobs and deadbolts. He was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Picka-Lock again.

I am very satisfied with this business. I was locked out of my car at the Dollar Tree and I called two businesses before getting in touch with Mr. Pick A Lock. The other two businesses stated that they will have someone contact me shortly. I contacted Mr Pick A Lock and in no time I was back in my car less then 30mins. The other companies called back when I was back home and put my groceries away. I have already saved there number and sent it to each one of my family members. I never write a review, but I did have to write this one today. I also forgot to mention they were reasonable as well.
