Brett and the whole crew couldn’t have been any more helpful getting me fitted and on my first Road Bicycle. Went in and spoke for a good hour or more with Connor and explained what I was looking for. He pointed me towards a bike that has been fantastic for my first couple of rides and it was a good bit cheaper than what I went in looking for. That’s great customer service in my opinion. Brett squeezes me in for a fitting on a Friday and couldn’t have been more helpful answering my new-comer questions. They were relentless in inviting me to a couple group rides knowing I am not in anywhere near as good as bicycling shape as them. I appreciate their hard work and how friendly the entire shop was. I’ll be a customer for life.

I’m not a big bike aficionado so I wasn’t sure how my beat up 30 year old mountain bike would be received but the guys were professional and super easy to deal with. I’ll definitely use them again.

The Outspokin' crew is great. I go there primarily for service and the work is always high quality with great communication, knowledge, and attitude. I have to drive 45 minutes from Aiken, which isn't fun, but this is my go-to nonetheless. Thank you!

What makes this bike shop great are the people. They are willing to answer any questions, if you don't know what questions to ask they will help educate you on anything cycling related. They don't push the sale which is great because buying a bike the quality of a Trek can be a bit daunting.
