Im going to use this to make a suggestion for the inspectors. When a polished leading edge is removed and reinstalled on a corporate jet, it would be VERY nice if the Standard Aero inspectors would use a cheese-cloth rag to inspect the installation of the corrosion resistant flush fasteners. Any screw that catches and pulls the cheese-cloth should be replaced. After the aircraft is back at home base in the caring hands of the operator, we are reminded for years about the attention-to-detail (or lack of) put into the installation of these screws. It is a constant reminder of which MRO installed the leading edge. --- That being said, this MRO is a very good value and has a lot of hard-working techs that care a lot about our safety. :)
