The driver who went to KFC/Taco Bell on Monday evening of March 1st, was quite a rude man by taking his frustration out on me just because his car was overheating even though I was in no way, shape or form involved. I was simply doing my job and he was giving unnecessary attitude. Also when standing by our drive-thru window he needs to wear a mask. If he comes again and has an attitude again, I will involve my manager. It was un-called for and unnecessary.

They won't call you when they arrive. They won't make stops. No out of town pick ups or drop offs. Kind of rude service.
I've been going through this company frequently (about two dozen times a year) since I started with my current employer around the beginning of 2017. They always get me where I need to go in a timely fashion. Employees are always positive and ready to engage in some interesting discussions or leave you be if you're just looking for a ride. There's no better taxi in the Augusta area IMO.
“Wicked” overpriced, rude drivers, and they never answer the phone. You get a machine saying their business hours and that they’re either closed or unable to answer the phone, but it doesn’t matter how many times you call back you get the same thing. I would recommend Kennebec taxi. They have cheap prices, friendly drivers, and they usually take about 20 minutes. Only downside is they’re not open on Sundays. I’d still rather take Als than call wicked good.
I called to get picked up on the side of the road because I had to run away from an abusive situation and the man wouldn't come get me! He said I had to walk over to the store to get picked up. I was freezing, crying and scared he would find me. I was in shock! He hung up. In this day and age you'd think that someone would do the decent thing and help a woman from an abusive situation. Just unbelievable.
