LOVE the pretzels and lemonade, but it still annoys me that I have to purchase dipping sauces or icing separately and it’s not already included with the price. They price of the products are already high compared to its competitors (like Pretzel Maker in the Carriage Crossing mall in Collierville), so I feel it could be included.

I usually love them but they sold me burnt pretzels, I didn't notice until I got home and was so disappointed...they should have been trashed when they accidentally burnt them not sold to the customer.

This one star is for the nasty and horrible attitude of Marsh.... First I called the store to ask for closer directions to store.. she stated in the back.. I asked if she can tell me what store closer to.. she said IDK. I asked to speak to someone that knows she said what part she doesn't understand to the other person I was talking to. So once I got to store I ordered and she said wait outside.. I asked if I could have my money back cause it was cold outside and she didn't give a reason at first. She isn't what this company needs for customer service.

Not really sure, the place had sold out of pretzels by time I got there so I guess the customers before me enjoyed them. The place was kind of hard to find because you had to walk and it was not easy to find using the walking map. It is pretty far back from the parking lot and behind other stores that makes it invisible to the naked eye when you get out of your car. You have to walk about a 1/4 mile to get to it. Good exercise if you are counting steps like me.

The food here is always pretty good to me, but the service is almost never that great. The employees that I've experienced are often dry and make you feel like you're bothering them by ordering your food. But, hey, maybe I'd feel that way too if I had to deal with as many personalities per day as they do. Anyway, so far, I haven't had an experience that will keep me from going back, and they seem to always stay on top of keeping the food hot and ready.
