With any apartment or rental there will be issues and I haven't always been satisfied with the response of the management. That said, this review is for Aaron, star member of the maintenance team! Aaron is responsive, friendly, courteous, and he knows his stuff. He consistently goes above and beyond to resolve issues. Advenir is lucky to have him on their team!

horrible staff, lack of maintenance, they will paint over broke stuff to hide, everything falling apart. I asked to fix a gutter leak right in front of my door two years ago but they never care . it leaks in the day light it freezes at night and turns to thin ice. easy way to any one to fall , and we almost did . I have a 2 yld daughter now come on !!!!

Karina and the leasing team were so helpful! As this is our first apartment, my girlfriend and I were worried about being able to get approved and were not sure how to do anything. Karina walked us through everything and was able to get us moved in quickly. I am extremely satisfied with the leasing team and the apartments themselves. I highly recommend Advenir at Del Arte!
