I would occasionally grab a bite here but lately the staff and management make me feel less of a customer every time I go. Pretzel good but not good enough to feel disrespected every time. Hire better customer service....those kids have no respect

The pretzels or the disgusting cheese gave me the worst stomach ache. Been up all night throwing up and running to the bathroom. Something didn't taste right about the pretzels either. Avoid this place.

Nothing but children having conversations amongst each other on the floor. Never use to be like that at one of the auntie Anne’s; idk what happened and why the manager tolerates such horrible customer service. This generation is something else.

Pair of idiots working the front counter. I asked what was available and the one at the register points and says "that". She could have explained what flavors there were. So I order three and as I'm walking out I look in my bag and there's only 2. So I walk back in and got the third one I was missing.
