Wonderful bank with people who are always helpful. Because it is small you can get to know all the people who work there but still part of a large bank with all the advantages of a large bank.

really weird bank. always pushing activities during the summer for some reason. most of them are somewhat fun but it seems expensive and like it maybe isn’t the best way to draw people in.

Worst experience I have ever had. I thought I was coming to a bank with integrity. Samatha was the teller I dealt with and I can not believe you would have some one with no manners, no self respect, or respect for customers. I came to cash a settlement check from with the company in which banks with Aurora Bank & Trust and I have never been so embarrassed and felt horrible like this from any bank. I ask that you guys take a closer look at who you hire to work with people and their money. Samatha was rude and got very loud with me and it should be on camera. Never again! I hope you take this matter seriously

This bank is simply wonderful! Everyone is friendly and efficient! I would recommend this bank to any small business or individual! They handle both business and personal accounts.
