I am currently here. Employee is not wearing a face mask. They were supposed to open at 9am he didn’t arrive until 905am. He coughs into his hand, then hands me my drivers license with the same hand so I asked him to not only sanitize my belongings but his hands as well. The printer doesn’t work so that I can sign my contract so he had to call the manager to fax it to him. They need to do better.

This was my first time renting a car and it was a great experience. They made it super simple for pick up and drop off both. I just wish they accepted after-hours drop offs!
