I can not speak for Budget as a whole, but if you use them, Do not use this location. I reserved a truck and received confirmation of reservation. I got to the location and was informed by the employee that no trucks were available for reservation. They also did not offer any type of consolation or even a twinge of concern over the error. So I went across the street to uhaul who price matched and provided me with excellent service.

I have used this location for business rentals for 3 to 5 years. Agent Deirdre Richardson has always been helpful and customer oriented. Unfortunately, she is always there without any support. A good thing she handles all the situations with a smile.
I reserved a 16’ truck 4 days in advance of when I needed it. I Received confirmation with all the necessary details in writing. On the day of my move downstate I received a call at 1pm informing me that they in fact DID NOT have the truck I reserved days prior (my reservation was for 3pm). They offered me a smaller truck. Unfortunately my shrink ray wasn’t working so I was unable to miniaturize my belongings to accommodate their smaller truck. Rather than offering me additional options or bother looking for another truck in the area they offered to give me the corporate customer service number to help me out. I called customer service and spoke with 2 different people, neither of which could tell me what was available in the area. After hanging up I didn’t hear back from Budget until well after my reservation. I spoke with a man in Colorado, who apparently was their nearest employee who could actually give me relevant and somewhat helpful information. At this point they informed me that a truck was available in Addison (NOT close to Aurora) and that I could pick it up there. I had already cancelled with the folks who I had inline to help me load the truck and it was beginning minutes of rush hour on a Friday. Budget literally ruined my plans to move downstate, cost me money with my landlord and caused me to cancel plans with friends and family. All I needed was for Budget to uphold their end of the deal stated on their reservation confirmation. They were not able to uphold their commitment. Consider my experience when you book a moving truck. I’ve never in my life had such an awful experience with any business.
