A perfect place to call home\. We loved the convenience of the location, the beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails, and the fact that it was very near to the highway, outlet mall, fast food chains, groceries, and more. This is a very safe place to live, with a top-rated school district. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The gym stays open 24/7 and the pool area is lovely. Want to give special shout out to Essie Camden. She is simply AMAZING, she was the reason we signed our lease. We can't THANK her enough for making our stay memorable especially due to the fact that we were moving from a house to an apartment in search of a new home. With the warmth we received from her and the entire staff, we became like a big happy family in no time. The entire staff always greeted us with a smile and was very helpful to our needs. They were quick to attend to any problems that arose. We highly recommend Butterfield Oak apartments!!

I've had a great experience with Butterfield Oaks so far. Jana was wonderful to work with in viewing the property, choosing a unit, and all of the move in procedures. Maintenance is quick to respond. The grounds are clean, well kept. The units are nicely finished and really feel more like a home than an apartment. Very happy with my choice to live at Butterfield Oaks!
I only lived at Butterfield Oaks for one year, due to buying a condo, but I would recommend it to anyone. I loved having the pool, the maintenance people were always quick when you put in a request, and the staff communicated well and kept us updated. Essie was one of the staff members who I always conversed with. She's friendly and very helpful. The neighborhood is great and I always felt safe there. I loved the bike path/walking path and track around the park that was nearby. I never had an issue with parking. One of the reasons why I picked living there was that it was so close to everything-Naperville/Batavia/Aurora and the highway.
I lived here about three and half years between 2016-2020. The manager, Essie is extremely cordial and helpful. She not only cares about your business, but also your feelings! If I would live here again, the pleasant experience with her would be one of the main reasons!
Before coming to this wonderful community, my family and I lived overseas. We came back to the US because our kids before our travel plans around the world always attended district 204 schools. I actually found the community in Zillow site. So we had a list of places that planned to see. Stephanie was here and she still remembers that I brought my entire family entourage to come home hunting with us so they can give me their opinion. First place on the list and we didnt have to look any further. We fell in love with Butterfield Oaks! Stephanie was so friendly so welcoming that just felt right all around. My husband and I looked at the apartment and we said this is it, this is home! My kids were very happy too! My family loved it so we agreed to stay here and it was the best decision ever! Its close to my kids school, our jobs, my school. I just cant be happy enough that we picked such a wonderful place to start over, such an amazing management team that have gone above and beyond for us. Thank you for always making us feel at home, feel welcomed, for always doing such nice events for us the residents. Blows my mind away how much dedication this amazing place has to make you feel right all the time! This place will always be so special to us, to our family, this place will always be our first home in our hearts always!
