I can’t express how disappointed I have been with the customer service of this company. It’s been more than a month and my bulldog is still not running multiple techs have came out to fix one thing and break another. I have called and wrote emails and can’t seem to get a reply or call back. It seems like once the one year warranty is up they don’t want to hear from you ever. I was very close In purchasing the bulldog micro but hold off because of the customer service. They are great machines but if your in the market I think you should get a minute man scrubber it’s the same thing but maroon and grey and the customer service will be better.
They always go above and beyond. The best scrubber and sweeper company I have found in Chicago! Thanks again guys...
A very good process from beginning to end ordering a floor cleaning machine. Delivery was fast and the instructions for unpacking and using the machine included YouTube video links that were great.
Great company, great people, and even better product!!! We Love our new bulldog scrubber, I cant believe we have been cleaning our CrossFit mats with a mop for so long. If you are CrossFit gym & you are wondering if this product is worth it, stop wasting your time and buy, you wont regret it.
