I found myself in quite the predicament this afternoon. I had low tire pressure on my wife's jeep and stopped by the gas station across the street to fill up my tires. Something must have been wrong with their air pump because instead of increasing my tires it was deflating them. I didn't want to drive the car far on very low tire pressure so I called and asked if Firestone could top me up with air. Carlos who answered the phone was kind and super helpful. He took a couple of minutes to fill up my tires and right the wrong from the gas station. On the way home I noticed their sign \open to serve the community\ that proved to be more true then I could have imagined. I just want to publicly thank Carlos for the save this afternoon. If I ever need any work done on my car in the future I'll absolutely be stopping by this Firestone location.

Tho a little later than my appt, they still worked well they inform me of things I need to get done and do not pressure me into \committing\ to get them done! Manager, Ron, is awesome at that. I sit there listening to how he treats customers and he levels down to how customers understand auto repair!

Every time I come into Firestone everyone is great! People up front are great, nice, and friendly. Techs in the back take care of my car as it’s there own. Would recommend this Firestone to anyone! Great job guys.

Sunday alternator went out. From Cincinnati. Ron got it tested and figured out quickly. Very friendly. Quick work by the senior tech. Thanks for getting us out of a bind and avoided another hotel bill.

Not this Firestone Had to be back 5 times for the same issue, gave up and went to a different location. Stay away.
