I called early Saturday morning after seeing one of their trucks driving by. The guy said yes we can pick up your stuff today. Text him the address... 5 hours later won't answer my calls nor my text. Called once and text twice so not too harass...If bikes weren't worth picking up I'd prefer to be told THAT than ignored.

Called about 9AM to schedule a pickup. He said he could be there at 1PM. I figured that gave me time to run some errands, so I left the house. About 10AM my phone rings. He's at the house wondering where I am. I say \I wasn't expecting you until 1PM\. He hung up on me and didn't return any calls or messages. And his truck leaked oil on my driveway. NOT impressed.
Same day pick up. It was fast and easy. They loaded all my junk and that was that. As stated by another reviewer you are able to text them.
Called on Friday for pick up for 4 commercial doors to be picked up at my home, scheduled for Monday. Monday came and went, no pick up. I called texted and was told they would be here by 9:00 AM today. * as a side note, I turned away a guy who was driving by that wanted all the material, just to be fair to this company * I called, texted and called again, no answer, no response. Now mind you, I am not even angry that they didn't keep their appointment or their word, just frustrated that they didn't reach out to tell me they would not be coming.
