This is the second job I’ve used them for at my home in Wayne Illinois. I cannot be happier with the work they did, the price I paidand the follow up service I received. I was also kept abreast of everything in the process the whole time great communication

This company was the absolute worst to deal with! Very responsive at first, came over right away and gave a quote almost immediately. After that it was impossible to get a call/text back. They gave a start date and then canceled 3 times!! When they did finally show up, it was 3 weeks past the original date they had given. Also, poured the sidewalk 3 inches higher than the driveway and looks ridiculous, not to mention a safety hazard! Wasn’t even going to use any reinforcements or rebar, I had to specifically ask. Would only accept cash and gave no receipt or contract. Tried calling/texting numerous times to complain about the work done, after threatening legal action, the owner did finally respond back and said that it was our problem and they were too busy to come back. Horrific experience! Don’t let the lowball offer sway your decision to go with this company, it was a huge mistake!
extremely disappointed! i paid for my patio with the promise that they'd come and seal it when it wasn't raining!! i've been waiting years and keep calling but they don't return calls!! not a good way to do business!!
