I received a beautiful flower arrangement ordered online from my family in Europe on Saturday 5/16. (#19250797). I was not home at the time of the delivery and asked them to leave the flowers outside my door. Later that day I noticed the green leafs had little white flies on them. I called the florist & left a voicemail on Saturday and Monday. I never received a return call! I did not feel comfortable having these flowers inside because I have other plans. And 6 days later there where very small Caterpillars! I am so disappointed and have not told my family to complain through whoever they ordered with online, I didn’t want to let them know about the issue. I was hoping to resolve it with the florist directly.
Always timely, excellent pricing and orders arrive just as requested. Have used this shop a half dozen times already and never had an issue. Highly recommend.
