Showed up 1 hour before appt time (6pm), got in a door by 5:30pm, leaving guard shack at 7pm! Very friendly & reasonably quick imo. Only 4 stars because lot by docks is VERY dark (not much lighting or kept going off).

While the only other person who left a one-star review didn't leave details, I will. Got here at 1415. It is now after 1800 and we're still not loaded. Green light at 1848. This was supposed to be a DnH and the load ready at 1230 but there were problems with the trailer. Of course, no one let us know that they needed a trailer when they checked the original trailer earlier. Had they done so, we would have been here. We're running out of time sitting here. Paperwork at 1910. Almost 5 hours! If you're getting a DnH from here, make sure the load is ready. Otherwise, you'll be sitting.
