Conveniently scheduled appointment for a day later online with many days/times to choose from. Mutliple coupons can be used as well. Went in to have wheel alignment & oil change as well as an additional vehicle's tires changed/balanced. Estimated time would be 2 hours & amount of time spent was only 1.5 hours! Mike was very helpful & honest, he took time to go over estimated costs as well as the invoice at the end of the appointment. He was very professional & kind. They performed a courtesy overall vehicle check. Many of the issues flagged we have been aware of with driving an older, high mileage car. But the best part was we Did Not feel Forced from Mike to have any additional servicing done to our vehicle as we typically get when we going to Other auto repair places. This gives us time to review what is needed & plan which repairs have priority. We will definitely be coming back for more auto servicing needs!

Fast service. If any issues are found beyond your normal service, the tech will show you the issue and have a cost estimate of the repair. Tech also will try to find any possible discounts to help. Very friendly and understanding. Not pushy at all.
These guys tried pulling a classic bait and switch. I ordered tires a week before I planned on having them installed. An hour before my appointment they claim those tires have been discontinued. The closest tires the have would cost about 150 more than the ones I ordered. The so called discontinued tires are still advertised on their website. I’ve dealt with this Pep Boys in the past. They are always shady, trying to up sell you on stuff you don’t need. I would stay away from this place.
We were leaving the outlets and noticed a weird noise under the car. We realized the underbody shield came off and was dragging on the road, so we took it to the nearest auto shop. Pep Boys was able to take a look right away and let us know what we needed to do. We decided to order parts ourself, but he took off the shield free of charge for us. Super nice guy that helped us and would recommend others take their business here. We were in and out in 30 minutes tops.
These guys did my battery change. They removed the air cleaner box to install it. After the fact, I when I git under the hood I discovered the box had not been properly re-installed. It was obvious and so could not have been an un noticed accident. Do not trust these guys. Also, the parent company apparently follows the same path. I sent in my rebate for the work in March 2020. After 2 months they said it would be on the way. It is now 6 months later and no rebate!!!!! When I try to contact them now, all I get is crickets ......... no response!!!!!
