Two missed pickups in a month. Broken promises to pick up. Refuse to reimburse for a missed week. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They show no record of my multiple phone calls for days they said they would pick up because of the missed day. They said they would pick up Monday, never happened I called them and they said they would pick up Wednesday, never happened. They seem to think that this is no inconvenience to me and do not understand why I am upset. They don't seem to have an escalation process. They do not care about their customers I guess they do not care about losing customers because they are going to lose me.
Horrible business. The have 6 months of my money, but did not provide service. I finally found a customer service phone number, called, but was told that all questions about accounts have to be sent to an email address. I did that, two separate times, but never received a response. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Ive never had any problems with my pick up. I love not having to go out and buy garbage stickers. I love not having to chase my old garbage cans and lids all over the neighborhood. I love tbe large recycling bin win attached lid.
Just got off the phone. We can also blame the city for arranging this contract. So you get rid of garbage stickers and still enforce stickers for yard waste? That makes no sense. Sure if you pay an association fee and you don't do your own yard clean up you're not minding this. I'm not cleaning my yard anymore Aurora. I thought the sticker thing was over with. Jeez. This was my 2-3rd no-pick-up issue. Wish I got a mailer from Republic: SERVICES YOU PAID FOR AND WE PROVIDE VS WHAT WE DON'T. Their website lists yard waste as a service. Why would I assume I need a sticker when in all appearance it seems I'm paying them for it.
