Helpful conversation and demo of all features. They put my new vacuum together and threw in lots of extras. They know they’re up against web sellers. So, pricing is competitive and their dealer warranty extension is awesome. They’re honest and make sure they give you what they say they will. I bought a Sebo and would recommend it to others.

I bought my Juki TL18 QVP from RMSV. It's been a good experience. It took about 3 months for my sewing machine to arrive, possibly pandemic-related manufacturing reasons. I placed the order in early September and it came in end of November. I would call every couple three weeks to check up on it during that time and the staff were always very friendly and answered my questions and assured me that I am at the top of their list for receiving my Juki. Amber was my salesperson and she was very helpful and friendly. Plus their cost for the machine was less than what I was seeing online. I'm glad I waited and bought locally and not online. I also purchased their complete maintenance plan. I know that if anything went wrong it's taken care of and I don't have to ship it anywhere.
