Delivery
This is far and away the worst distributor that services my establishment. We were changed to 2 week delivery with no notice at all. If they get your order wrong or they are out of stock, too bad, you wait two weeks for the product anyway. Any broken bottles or damage, which happens with some frequency, better be detected before the delivery driver leaves or you will not get credit. Sometimes they just don't show up at all and, you guessed it, you wait two weeks for another order. On the other hand, go visit the corporate chains like Applebee's, Chili's or Buffalo Wild Wings and you will see that their shelves are full. Ask them about deliveries and you will learn that they get weekly deliveries. Southern only screws the little guys, which I am sure does not come as a surprise to anyone. I have been contacting the major brands they carry and letting them know how bad the customer service is with this company. I know they are a corporate giant, but if we all keep letting the manufacturers know how bad their service is, maybe they will start losing brands. I do have to mention, my Rep is awesome. Even though she is in a different state she does work hard for us even the the company policies usually leave her helpless.

Gate opens at 6 am for receiving, drive up see the guard at gate and they will give you a door. Nice guys!
Ever since my bar reopened at the beginning of June I've had nothing but trouble with them. I've been waiting three weeks for my order and no one has any answers, as to why I haven't received it or when I'm going to. I spoke with my rep on Monday. It's Thursday and still no order. No one will call me back. Really poor customer service.
I wish they loose some products so I can get those with right price and not miss shipped every delivery.
Very good place to deliver. Rick is awesome and is very reasonable.
