501/5000 My girlfriend has been there for 7 days. She has fractured ribs and a punctured lung, and this is the second time she has run out of pain medication. She has been in pain for 10 hours and the only answer is that they are finding out what happens because they blame the pharmacy. it seems that they do not care about the pain of the patients. We sent him food and they gave it to another patient. I took her things that she asked me and that they cannot give her until after 24 hours. zero stars for them.

The nurse gave my son less pain medication than was ordered by the doctor, then let him lay in pain for three hours without correcting it. This particular nurse had an attitude with more than just my son and was talked to. Food was served ice cold. It’s not like helpless patients can do anything about it either and they know it. I am not even impressed. I would also like to add it was a holiday weekend when this happened and the food improved after we complained and they are short staffed.
If I could leave this place a zero I would. This place is horrible all the way from their care to the facility itself. We had my father in there for 7 days which was way too long. As soon as we found another place he was transferred quickly. On top of this place being horrible, they took my father's SS income 2 weeks after he was transferred and claimed they didn't recieve it at all.We had to make a good handleful of callin order to get this check back. I do not recommend this place at all!!
Worst place ever. If it weren’t for me being by my dad’s side he would’ve died. It got so bad I had to take him out of there on his 2nd day of admission. These people don’t take their job serious AT ALL. They only care about the money and talk about you right infront of you. If you love someone and are thinking of admitting them here DO NOT DO IT.
My father has been in Symphony of Orchard Valley for 2 years and they are taking wonderful care of him. He likes the food. The staff has been great. Yes, on occassion there is a smell, but that is part of the business....and it's 1 out of 7 based on my visits. Healthwise, my dad is better now than before he entered (81 yrs old).
