Wish I could give a 0. If you have a mistake with the drive up orders, do not transfer the customer to the drive up order extension and have no one answer. Only to have the customer call back and you transfer again, again no one answers. To then have the customer call back to customer service desk 3 times to now NOONE answer. I am not sounding rude, I said thank you when put on hold twice. So now I can't get anyone on the phone for customer service?! If you don't want to help ppl, or fix problems that target employee created, do not work customer service!!! You don't ignore a nice customer who just needs help.

Busy weekend. No cashiers. They called for a manager and one came up and helped one cashier and walked away while a man in a blue shirt ran around helping out the cashiers and directed us to which cashier to go to. Terrible management letting a bunch of kids fend for themselves. Recommend going to Walmart across the street!
