After ordering through from you flowers 85.00 later I got a half dozen dying roses. Not to mention the whole surprise of having flowers delivered was ruined when my wife got a text message from the company saying they are 5 minutes away. The company asks for who is receiving the flowers information, otherwise I would have put my phone number down.

Very disappointed with this arrangement and with The Flower Basket for not responding to my email to them. I chose their company because they were a smaller, local florist who has been in Aurora for decades. With delivery, tax and tip, I paid 68 for this arrangement. What I received looked NOTHING like the image on their website. I realize that with the pandemic, they probably had to make substitutions but what my recipient received was not worth what I paid. The 4 lavender roses in this arrangement were beautiful, exactly what you would expect in an arrangement from a respectable florist. As for the rest of the arrangement...unimaginative and the flowers were typical of the 4 bunches for 12 you get at a grocery store. The website said it would be delivered the same day I ordered it. It was delivered the next day. I can even understand a late delivery due to the way things are during the pandemic however the arrangement was a huge letdown. I would recommend using one of the other florists in Aurora.
NO STARS. Ordered Flowers through 800-florist and The Flower Basket was selected to prepare and deliver the arrangement. The 100 Flowers were delivered to wrong address and never received by my recipient. Calls to Flower Basket for re-delivery to the correct address never returned.
Helpful staff. Beautiful arrangements and flowers. Many gift items to choose from
Hubby ordered a dozen roses arrangement for Valentine’s Day. They said they’d be delivered by 3:00pm. 4:00 rolls around - nothing. The charge had gone through immediately so he knew the order went through on time. He called to find out what happened and was told they’d contact the driver and call back. Nobody called back. 5:00 no call or flowers. Next Day the Delivery arrived. No apology. Nothing. Flower leaves wilted. Roses literally just stuffed in vase with berries. The photos show the amount of leaves just floating in vase. Worst looking bouquet ever and they were super expensive! Coworker and I both though it looked like they were probably overnight in driver’s car. And the card read “Happy Valentine’s Day Love - Family”. (Should have said love, your family. — that part actually made me laugh though) When I told driver I was upset she said “at least they’re not dead”. What?!? (Made me laugh again.) My husband orders for me from there a couple times a year and we’ve always gotten decent quality arrangements on time but this was awful. We tried to call again today and again had to leave a message. Still no call back. The idea that you can’t talk to an employee (unless you are ordering) and there is no email or online customer service line is crummy. Funny thing is, card actually says on back to call if they fail to meet your needs. Lost a customer based on 0% customer service and late, wilted flowers.
