Trash company and representatives. First off I called several times and got hung up on about 5 times by this one representative even when I asked what I did to get hung up on she went and hung up again. I called once more to speak to the manager and someone else picked up and I ended up just forgetting about it. Once I was trying to schedule a pick up and listed all the items I have for donation, the lady said she won’t take anything if it’s dusty.... I told her it was a new couch and that the cover needed washing maybe because it’s been in a storage unit. Still she said if it’s dusty that she will refuse to take it. Also she said the people who they donate to don’t want dusty things. Not the point be a little more professional and politely ask and or tell us your rules. Then I asked if a representative can come out and take a look and again she said no. Like???? I’m just trying to donate a brand new couch and bags full of boys clothes ect. I will never donate to you guys again and I SUGGEST NO ONE EVER DONATE TO THESE UNGRATEFUL IDIOTS.
