Store is great, NO issues with the service manager as, I seem in there alot with these newer lights having to get warranted out, always been polite and got me in and out in a timely manner.

If you need any warranty work done do not go to Aurora. The service manager will not warranty anything. I was having electric tarp issues. The service manager in Aurora would not do anything about it. I called David City and they sent me the new part in the mail. Now I'm having trouble with my hydraulic hoppers after running in the rain and once again Aurora won't do any warranty work. They told me it was my power cable/battery causing the problem. So after I spent 309.91 of my money i still have the same problem. Once again I call David City. Aurora Service Manager does not realize how much money it costs for multiple trips to Aurora and time off work.
Great company. Great service department friendly staff.
There isn’t a better shop in than the one in Aurora, Collin and his staff will do anything to serve their customers
