Front desk was very Rude and for me only coming to the hospital due to the ambulance calling me about my brother. As soon as I walk in I say “Excuse me, hi I—“ completely cut off “you need to go over there and wait I have patients” (no one was standing at the front desk and everyone in the emergency room was sitting) two men being completely rude and couldn’t even bother to say hi. I understand it’s an pandemic but some compassion goes along way when you don’t know my story and I don’t know yours. I know it’s people who come to the hospital for all types of different agony and being greeted like that must be dreadful. A nice woman (a nurse) who came from another area of the hospital finally greeted me (after me just standing there with no one at the front desk but the two male nurses) and assisted me.
