Good ride. Had to be stopped and worked on 3 times while waiting. Over all at least a dozen times threw the visit. Quick line other than that.

It is SOOOO amazing just by the way it is fast!

The worst part of this ride is the line. The cars only hold 6 people and they only load and unload one car at a time, and this makes for a very slow moving line and an inefficient ride. The queue is out in the sun with no scenery, so it's boring and long. If you go on a light day or don't mind the wait, Dare Devil Dive is a fine coaster. It's got the steepest drop in the park, comfy lap bars, and three smooth inversions. It's not particularly well paced, but it's still fun and thrilling. The downfall for me is that you can experience similar things on Twisted Cyclone. It also has a steep drop and three smooth inversions, only it is a prettier ride, has an indoor queue, a faster moving line, and it has more than just the barrel rolls and drop... including plenty of airtime hills, overbanked turns, and an awesome wave turn. We always skip Dare Devil Dive because its doesn't offer anything particularly special that we can't experience on other rides in the park.

If you are the type of person that it takes a lot to get you on a roller coaster or amusement park ride then this is definitely the ride for you. Going vertically straight up and then a 100% straight down drop on the other side definitely hits your gut some type of way

Love SFOG. Not crowded...yet! This ride is daunting until you're done!
