I waited 7 weeks for my \custom ring\ ( I wanted a copy of a ring i already had, and provided that ring for them to use) After 7 weeks, i pick up my ring and its the wrong size. Too big. And to get it corrected they would have to ework \ it, so who knows how long that would take. Unacceptable. The order should have been competed correctly. Horrible communication, aka, no communication received from the store associate at all during that 7 weeks. If i wanted any update, i had to call myself. I was told I'd have to sign off on a drawing, never happened. I was told I'd have to sign off on a mold, never happened. I was told my ring would be ready in 4 weeks. Also didn't happen. I only know any of these things took place, because i had to call to ask them where is my ring? So to go through all of that, and beg for my ring to be done within 7 weeks (even tho i was told 4) and for it to be incorrect? That's terrible. The ring itself looks great, but it's too big so now i have to wear a metal clip under it to keep it from falling off, and the solution? Another amount of who knows how many weeks? Not cool, Kay.

Store hours DO NOT MATCH. Rather inconvenient? And unprofessional. Update your hours before having people show up to be told you're closed 3 hours before scheduled time. Also, learn to pick up phone calls.
